BOOST LLC, partnering with Don Selvy Enterprises (DSE), seeks a GPS Modernization Engineer for the AIR PNT team at NAVAIR. You will provide navigation engineering support for EGI and GPS receivers across naval platforms including E-2D, F/A-18, and C-130J.

The role requires a BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, defense-aviation experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• BS or higher in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Navigation Systems.
• Progressive professional engineering experience in defense aviation navigation platforms.
• Experience with EGI/GPS receiver integration preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide navigation engineering support for integration, testing, and sustainment of EGI and GPS receivers (MAGR-2K, LN-100/251/300/351, ANAV-3M/M) across naval platforms.
• Support platform integration efforts on aircraft including E-2D, F/A-18, C-130J, MQ-4C, H-1/60, CH-53K, MV-22, P-8A, E-6B.
• Contribute to transition to M-code GPS capability and assured PNT performance in contested/denied environments.
• Review and prepare engineering documentation (ECPs, CDRLs, white papers) and platform integration plans.
• Support system requirements analysis, design evaluation, and verification across the navigation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with program offices and engineering teams to align requirements and schedules.
• Support test planning and evaluation to validate receiver and system performance.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for integration challenges.
