Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support Navy ERP and related DoD financial systems in the Norfolk, VA area. The role focuses on business analysis, training, and process improvements within the USFFC Financial Management environment.

The candidate will act as a SME for financial systems, gather requirements, develop SOPs, and assist with audits, while collaborating with program offices and stakeholders in a fast-paced command setting in Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required to be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience can substitute.
• Two years of experience with ERP or DoD financial systems.
• Strong communication, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between financial users and enterprise financial systems (Navy ERP, SABRS, CFMS).
• Provide Tier I functional support for system users via a ticketing system.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to budget execution, accounting and reporting.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close activities.
• Maintain user access, roles, and supervisor relationships in Navy ERP and NIS.
