Montcure, LLC is hiring a Financial Management Audit Support - Senior Manager to lead a U.S. Navy / DoW financial management audit response.

You will oversee the GF Mobile Audit Support Team, prepare populations, compile KSD, liaise with IPA, and coordinate data analytics and reconciliations in key areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; 2 years substitution allowed.
• 10+ years of Federal financial management, accounting, or audit readiness/remediation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale operations with results.
• Experience supporting DoW/Navy FMO/FMS or major Navy commands on audit readiness/remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of audit support tasks following work plans, templates, and timelines.
• Direct compilation and KSD review; identify gaps before submission.
• Develop white papers and point papers to support Navy posture for senior leadership.
• Liaise with IPA; present remediation methodologies per federal standards.
• Trace Procure to Pay and Order to Cash transactions to source docs and records.
• Support beginning balance testing with historical docs and analyses.
• Oversee reconciliations and variance analyses; document results.
• Run data analytics to identify anomalies and summarize results for management.
• Draft responses to auditor PBC requests and track deadlines.
• Document exceptions and root causes for NFR responses.
