Job summary

Montcure, LLC seeks a Financial Management Audit Support - Senior Manager to lead a U.S. Navy/DoW financial management audit response. You will manage the GF Mobile Audit Support Team, prepare populations, review KSD, liaise with IPA, oversee reconciliations, and run data analytics in areas such as PP&E and Inventory.

Open for one Senior Manager selection. Role requires 10+ years in federal financial management or audit readiness, leadership experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal financial management or audit readiness experience.
• Experience leading large-scale operations with measurable results.
• Understanding USSGL flow to the financial statements.
• Experience supporting financial statement audits from management side.
• Experience supporting audit testing in key areas (General PP&E, Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or beginning balances).
• Experience performing reconciliations and researching variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of audit support tasks per work plans and timelines.
• Oversee compilation and KSD review; identify gaps for correction.
• Develop White Papers and Point Papers to support Navy position.
• Interface with IPA to present remediation methodologies.
• Trace P2P and O2C transactions to source documents and records.
• Support beginning balance testing with historical docs and analyses.
• Oversee reconciliations and variances research.
• Run data analytics to identify anomalies and summarize results.
• Draft responses to auditor PBC requests and track deadlines.
• Document exceptions and root causes for NFR responses.
