Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a full-time Facilities Program Analyst in Port Hueneme, California to support Naval Construction Group ONE and related commands. The role focuses on facilities management, maintenance planning, budget planning, and project execution within a federal context.

The ideal candidate will have a related bachelor’s degree, DoD/federal facilities experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Maximo. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in facilities planning and maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative coordination and technical assistance for facilities management, maintenance planning, and project execution.
• Analyze and evaluate facility requirements and develop Facility Requirements Studies for government review.
• Maintain facility funding trackers, resource allocation records, and command assessment reports.
• Support Minor and Major Maintenance Action Plans and MILCON planning documentation.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC, USACE, and other engineering organizations to facilitate project development.
• Track facility projects from initiation through completion and provide status updates.
