Job summary

Tesla Laboratories seeks a Civil Engineer to support NAVFAC Northwest Design Division projects in the Puget Sound region. The role involves civil design, site layout, water/sewer design, and stormwater calculations, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

You will coordinate with government stakeholders, manage schedules, and deliver technical reports and briefs. A 4-year engineering degree and 6+ years of design experience are expected; PE licensure is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of design management/design experience.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NAVFAC and team members to execute project scope and schedules.
• Create project dashboards and report status using Power BI, Project, and Excel.
• Review designs, submittals, and cost proposals for compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical reviews and recommendations to minimize delays and ensure quality.
