Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide design technical support for NAVFAC Northwest. The role covers site civil design, utilities, stormwater, and related infrastructure, collaborating with government stakeholders.

The candidate will review layouts, ensure code compliance, use AutoCAD Civil 3D for design review, and prepare technical reports as part of ongoing project delivery.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible).
• Pass a T1 security background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Design management and/or design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office; strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review site layout, grading, water/sewer, and stormwater designs.
• Evaluate civil design documents for code and UFC compliance.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for review and coordination.
• Provide technical recommendations and coordinate with multi-discipline teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and support weekly/monthly status reporting.
