Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate engineering experience.
• Construction and test support experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and/or supervising teams and managing complex projects.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, to support critical work evolutions and schedule needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6-8 engineers in deck plate support for non-propulsion plant electrical systems.
• Coordinate installation, hookup, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components.
• Work with shipyard and external partners to troubleshoot, plan vendor field service, and drive issue resolution.
• Develop personnel performance and resource management.
• Oversee technical direction to the shipyard and UNSAT resolution.
