Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of discipline-specific engineering or program office experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance or higher.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering oversight to trade personnel.
• Evaluate emergent shipyard issues and develop resolutions.
• Interpret design, drawing, and specification requirements.
• Disposition CNs and TIR UNSATs with Groton trades.
• Support final assembly, test, certification, and delivery for COLUMBIA Class.
• Surveil manufacturing, inspection, and testing of material in Groton shipyard.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering evaluations.
• Facilitate design implementation, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Coordinate engagement of design/engineering SMEs in construction sequence.
