Job summary

Serco Inc. in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to support a US Navy shipbuilding program, including overseeing ship configuration and change incorporation for ships under construction.

The role requires DoW Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship, with a Bachelor’s or equivalent plus relevant data management experience. You will collaborate with the Program Office, support change processes, and generate metrics and reporting while ensuring compliance with DDG 51

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain/transfer DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree with 4 years experience; high-school with 6 years experience.
• 2 years of data management experience; Navy shipbuilding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CDRL reviews, change package development and pricing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and office tools.
• Attention to detail and engineering analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ship configuration and changes for Navy ships under construction.
• Process and distribute all C150 letters for the SSGC Project Office.
• Process and distribute Change Board letters for SSGC Project Office & 400D7.
• Liaise with data management and support communities to resolve issues in support of CDRLs.
• Provide support across branches on change process and incorporation concerns.
• Monitor data management support and execute the Data Management Plan.
• Manage CDRL data, submittals, and government responses through program IDE.
• Retrieve electronic data submittals from contractor IDE and other sites.
• Provide metrics and reports for performance assessments and meetings.
• Lead data management meetings and prepare meeting materials.
