Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a project management specialist to support autonomous shipbuilding programs from concept to completion, coordinating across schedule, cost, and risk to keep programs on track.

You will assist the Assistant Program Manager on future Unmanned Surface Vessel variants, develop briefings for senior military officers and Navy civilians, and ensure high-quality product delivery while adhering to DoD guidelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, ship fabrication or shipyard management.
• 5+ years of data-driven presentations for senior leaders on schedule, cost and risk.
• 5+ years supporting government clients in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office suite and MS project tools (Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI).
• 3+ years of experience supporting RFP development.
• Knowledge of DoW guidance (5000.2G) and interaction of RFP/SOW/CDRLs.
• Ability to self-start and exceed client expectations; Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report schedule execution and cost against benchmarks.
• Support development of RFP documentation and contract artifacts.
• Report project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Develop briefings and project documents for senior officers and Navy civilians.
• Ensure high-level product delivery and alignment with DoD requirements.
