Naval Project Manager
Are you looking to apply your systems engineering awareness and project management expertise to help deliver nextgeneration C4I and autonomous maritime capabilities? As a project management specialist, you'll help translate operational needs into actionable plans and keep complex programs on track from concept through completion.
In this role, you'll support government engineers, technical leads, and systems architects by organizing and maintaining the requirements and program artifacts that guide system design and acquisition. You'll enable effective planning by tracking schedules, monitoring financial execution, identifying risks, and preparing highquality briefings for senior Navy stakeholders. You'll also assist the Assistant Program Manager for future variants of an Unmanned Surface Vessel program by supporting RFP development, reporting progress, aligning resources, and helping ensure disciplined execution across the team.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
