Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional work experience.
• 6+ years of experience with manpower, personnel, education and training.
• Experience briefing senior military or government leaders.
• Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Operations Research field.
• Experience developing solutions and recommendations across multiple complex tasks and organizations.
• Experience with statistical modeling, business or continuous process improvement methodologies, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project operations across multiple organizations, leveraging enterprise-wide knowledge and experience.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, instructions or other documents to achieve assigned objectives and client goals.
• Define problems, analyze requirements, and develop strategies for solution implementation.
• Prepare analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for organizational change and process improvement.
• Conduct complex statistical modeling and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Evaluate business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation, and develop recommendations to improve internal performance, reduce throughput time, minimize costs, and increase quality of work, product, or service output.
• Implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes to enhance performance.
• Employ advanced analysis techniques, including work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, productivity measurements, program audits and evaluations, and performance testing.
• Interface with senior client stakeholders, including military and government leaders, to communicate findings and recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Operations Research

Master's degree in a relevant field

Doctorate degree in a relevant field a plus
