Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks a Project Manager to guide a naval systems program through its lifecycle, coordinating requirements, budget, and staffing while driving risk mitigation and team alignment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage program objectives, monitor performance, and prepare plans and reports for sponsors and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality defense-related products.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in Navy weapon or unmanned systems programs.
• NOSSA certification activities and training such as MMRAT or MMPEH Training experience.
• Ordnance certification, systems safety, and platform or weapon compliance process experience.
• Programmatic and financial execution experience on Navy UUV or Weapon System Programs.
• Navy enlisted or officer with platform, weapon, or combat systems program experience.
• Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Navy weapon/system programs and related maintenance and procurement activities.
• Manage requirements, budget, staffing, and schedule to ensure program success.
• Develop and communicate plans, reports, and status to sponsors and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with platform safety and certification processes and maintain program risk controls.
