Qualifications

• : 3+ years of experience as a company grade military officer; 3+ years in project management or policy implementation with cross-functional teams; knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Secret clearance; Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute policies, programs, and initiatives within an organization, driven by stakeholder needs and program requirements.
• Support and manage projects to ensure completion on time and within budget, including developing plans, implementing strategies, and leading team efforts.
• Act as a liaison to bridge between functional teams, civilian and military leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support decision‑making and operational improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support organizational goals.
