Morgan Business Consulting, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks an Acquisition Management Support Analyst to provide direct acquisition support to the PMS 401 program office at the Washington Navy Yard.

The role involves leading PR package development, conducting market research, drafting solicitation artifacts, maintaining trackers, and coordinating with SMEs to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while supporting contract management throughout the lifecycle. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US university.
• 5+ years’ Navy contracting/acquisition support experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS; ability to apply requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 2+ years project/program management in DoD/Navy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement request packages; supports acquisition planning, solicitation preparation, evaluation, award, and post‑award contract administration.
• Maintain contract/action trackers; generate status reports and briefings.
• Coordinate with technical SMEs to develop/maintain SOW/PWS and CDRLs.
• Assist in market research, IGCE development, acquisition strategies/plans, and risk/issue tracking.
• Draft solicitation artifacts and sections; compile Q&A; support source selection planning.
• Track approvals, reviews, and dependencies to enable timely release of solicitations and amendments.
• Monitor deliverables and performance; validate reporting; analyze funds and CDRLs; recommend actions.
• Support contract modifications, option exercises, change management, and closeout activities.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, dashboards; generate weekly/monthly status reports.
• Ensure proper records management and audit-ready files; version control and SharePoint repositories.
