Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support the U.S. Navy PMS 4013 program, delivering strategic, data-driven solutions for maritime dominance.

The role covers production, distribution, inventory, and travel for client sites and MBC offices. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing product support management, optimizing logistics, managing outfitting/maintenance, and ensuring full lifecycle solutions with required

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States.
• 10+ years’ experience with Navy acquisition and/or sustainment logistics.
• 5+ years of DoD product support management and analysis.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients.
• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction for workflow and staff.
• Provide product support management.
• Enhance acquisition, supply support.
• Manage outfitting, maintenance and readiness support.
• Manage full lifecycle solutions.
• Enhance product flow and Fleet use.
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or clients.
