Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support the U.S. Navy PMS 4013 program office.

The role entails leading a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans, managing acquisition and sustainment activities, and ensuring readiness across production, distribution, and inventory systems. The position requires an active Secret clearance, 10+ years in Navy logistics, and DoD product support management experience, with travel to client sites and

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited university.
• 10+ years’ Navy acquisition and/or sustainment logistics experience.
• 5+ years’ DoD product support management and analysis.
• Prior NAVSEA Program Office experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans impacting product production, distribution, and inventory.
• Provide supervision and direction for workflow and staff
• Provide product support management
• Enhance acquisition, supply support
• Manage outfitting, maintenance and readiness support
• Manage full lifecycle solutions
• Enhance product flow and Fleet use
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or clients.
