Naval Acquisition Portfolio Director
The Opportunity:

Serve as a strategic business leader, specializing in thegrowth and managementofa portfolio ofNavy-alignedbusiness, with a particular emphasis on the Naval Program Acquisition Executive (PAE) market segment. Build and lead teams that can win and successfully deliver complex advanced technology and mission solutions fortheNavy andDoW. Provide delivery leadership, business management, and client management by leveraging deep expertise in the Navy andDoW. Apply innovative thinking and technical acumento drive organic technology-focused business growth across the PAEs. Maintain responsibility for shaping strategic initiatives and developing scalable solutions. Lead cross-disciplinary teams and strategic partnerships to develop and execute business strategies aligned to Navy objectives. Direct all aspects of business development and capture, contract oversight, and financial and budget control. Demonstrate proven experience managing various contract types with a focus on FFP contracts for DoW clients, ensuring compliance, performance, and value delivery.

You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience with business development and management oversight of large-scale DoW programs, including Navy-specific initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders and a team that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals, including in Navy environments
  • Experience integrating private sector technology, processes, or partnerships into Navy or broader DoW mission environments
  • Experience performing strategic assessments of new technologies and conducting background research to evaluate and select best-fit solutions for Navy missions
  • Experience managing teams of professionals in engineering, AI, and data science disciplines, including Navy client delivery
  • Experience managing contractual matters, including FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts
  • Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations up to the C-Suite level, including senior Navy leadership
  • Ability to form relationships within the Navy

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
