You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes instrumental to ensuring mission success in protecting the United States.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Experience with Congressional or legislative affairs and the Congressional Authorization and Appropriations process, the DoD legislative process, including program objective memorandum (POM) preparation, Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), President’s Budget (PB) Exhibit preparation, and working around senior Congressional staff and DoD or Navy officials
• Experience with Navy staff, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command (COCOM) staff
• Experience with requirements analysis and identification in Navy and Marine Corps programs
• Experience with regular direct client interactions, including supporting project delivery, delivering presentations, leading client meetings, and working independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem‑solving environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Ability to track and comprehend acquisition and procurement goals as they move through the legislative cycle
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with the Program Budget Information System (PBIS)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
