Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management Support Specialist to support our NAVSEA customer. This hybrid role is onsite in Washington, DC 2-3 days a week.

The candidate will coordinate with SMEs to develop SOW/PWS/CDRLs, prepare PR packages, and assist in IGCE development and acquisition planning. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years contracting experience, plus DoD/ Navy program exposure and an active DoD secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years contracting experience.
• 2+ years of PM experience on DoD or Navy programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and acquisition planning.
• Experience drafting/modifying SOW/PWS/CDRLs and CDRLs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SMEs to develop SOW/PWS and CDRLs.
• Prepare PR packages and funding documents and align with milestones.
• Support market research, IGCE development, and risk tracking.
• Draft solicitation artifacts and support source selection planning.
• Track approvals to enable timely release of solicitations and amendments.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, and dashboards; generate reports.
• Ensure records management and audit-ready files in SharePoint/Teams.
