Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules to advance multiple projects concurrently.
• Present and share results within the group and project team.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in organic or analytical chemistry for a full-time Research Assistant or Associate position in our natural products group. The role focuses on mass-spectrometry guided isolation of bioactive compounds from microbial sources. A Ph.D. in organic or analytical chemistry is required; experience with mass spectrometry data collection or HPLC purification is a plus. The candidate will advance extraction and isolation of natural products from multiple fungal and bacterial sources, working with modern instrumentation (LC-MS, HPLC, NMR, flash chromatography).

Strong communication skills are essential due to the multidisciplinary nature of the work.
