Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Natural Gas Originator in Houston to join the Gas Trading North America (GTNA) team. You will help identify, develop and close term natural gas sales, purchases, transportation, storage and asset management transactions with wholesale customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in natural gas origination or trading, plus travel 35–60%. You will collaborate with GTNA trading colleagues, evaluate pipelines and tariffs, and craft

Responsibilities

Assist in structuring term natural gas sales, supply, and transportation transactions.
Develop regional strategies to position GTNA for regional profits.
Expand GTNA's business and customer base on regional pipelines.
Structure asset management arrangements for gas supply, storage, and transport.
Develop new products and services to optimize GTNA's asset portfolio.
Coordinate with pipeline companies and third parties on capacity positions and recommendations.
