Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the behavioral health or chemical health field.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License and vehicle required.
• Preferred: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and schedule assessments for clients.
• Coordinate clinical operations and outreach programs.
• Maintain patient charts in compliance with regulations.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist uninsured clients.
• Provide program orientation and collaborate with stakeholders.
