Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language (required).
• Ability to understand brand voice and engage with users accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social communities for leading brands on a project basis.
