The position emphasizes a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adherence to brand voice guidelines. Ideal candidates bring native-level Arabic understanding, familiarity with social platforms, and proven moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, references, and slang.
• Able to mirror client's brand voice and engage with users accordingly.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and ability to follow workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to mirror voice of multiple brands.
• Willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow digital communities for top brands as work becomes available.
• Moderate content and engage with users in real-time to maintain brand voice and community health.
• Follow client guidelines and workflows to ensure consistent moderation quality.
• Collaborate with teams to adapt moderation strategies to different campaigns and channels.
