Job summary

Social Factor is seeking US- or UK-based social media community moderators with native Arabic language skills to work on project-based, part-time engagements. You will help build and nurture online communities for major brands, engaging in real-time conversations and following brand voice guidelines.

Experience with platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram is a plus, and remote work options are available. Flexible schedules are offered, with some roles requiring 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang
• Ability to mirror brand voice and engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, following guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt tone to brands
• Willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Experience with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
