Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an Operations Director to own the operational and financial success of a major function, market, or segment. Translate strategy into executable plans and lead scalable processes that improve efficiency, quality, safety, and growth.

Will manage labor, equipment, and resources; monitor performance metrics; oversee budgeting and forecasting; and partner with senior leadership to drive revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of technical field experience and/or multi-regional project management experience.
• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial success of an entire function, market, or operational segment.
• Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes that support efficiency, quality, safety, and growth.
• Establish and maintain operational priorities that support strategic business objectives.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of labor, equipment, and resources to meet project and business demands.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and adjust plans to address changing conditions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost control, and financial planning.
• Drive financial discipline and performance improvements to achieve revenue and margins.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and long-term objectives.
• Act as a key operational leader in planning, decision-making, and market growth initiatives.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers; drive people management and performance.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Own and execute team KPIs to contribute to department scorecard.
• Uphold safety culture and ZERO safety commitment throughout the organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
