Job summary

The successful candidate will lead project management teams, drive performance, and align operations with strategic business objectives while traveling nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of technical field experience and/or multi-regional project management experience required.
• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial success of an entire function, market, or operational segment
• Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans and measurable business outcomes
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes that support efficiency, quality, safety, and growth
• Establish and maintain operational priorities that support strategic business objectives
• Ensure labor, equipment, and operational resources to meet project and business demands
• Monitor operational performance metrics and adjust plans to address changing market conditions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost control, and operational financial planning
• Drive financial discipline and operational performance improvements to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and long-term financial objectives
• Lead a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers with coaching
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and succession planning
• Own, drive, and execute team KPI’s to contribute to department goals
• Uphold safety culture and ZERO ethos across the organization
