Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of technical field experience and/or multi-regional project management experience.
• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial success of an entire function, market, or operational segment.
• Translate organizational strategy into executable operational plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes that support efficiency, quality, safety, and growth.
• Establish and maintain operational priorities that support strategic business objectives.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of labor, equipment, and resources to meet project and business demands.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and adjust plans to changing market conditions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost control, and financial planning.
• Drive financial discipline and operational performance improvements to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and long-term financial objectives.
• Act as a key operational leader in organizational planning and decision-making.
