Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. The role focuses on safety leadership, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

The position requires 90–100% nationwide travel, 7+ years in construction with 3+ years as a Superintendent, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on onsite construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager.
• Support punch list, final inspections, and project turnover.
