Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks traveling superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, scheduling, quality, and subcontractor management from groundbreaking through closeout, with 90–100% travel.

Required: 7+ years in construction, 3+ years as a superintendent, strong knowledge of scheduling and safety, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred
• 7+ years construction experience, including 3+ years as Superintendent for a GC
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• GC license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee onsite activities
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and crews to maintain productivity
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules aligned with master schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Perform site inspections and safety meetings
• Ensure work meets plans and quality standards
• Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs and change orders
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and as-builts
