Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

The position requires 90-100% nationwide travel, a strong background in commercial construction, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects with strong scheduling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Oversee onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate deliveries.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce OSHA compliance and conduct safety meetings.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Subcontractor Management: Manage performance and schedule adherence.
• Project Documentation: Maintain daily reports and handle RFIs/changes.
• Project Closeout: Manage punch lists and final documentation.
