Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. This role oversees safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Travel is 90-100% nationwide.

Projects include retail, restaurant, grocery, fuel/convenience store, and federal ground-up builds. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred with 7+ years of construction

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience with commercial construction projects and scheduling.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• GC license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: develop short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate deliveries.
• Safety Leadership: enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Quality Control: ensure work meets plans, specs, and standards; conduct inspections.
• Subcontractor Management: manage subcontractor performance and coordination.
• Project Documentation: maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs and change orders.
• Project Closeout: manage punch lists and final inspections.
