Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead nationwide infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will develop plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies while coordinating construction activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This exempt, full-time role requires 3–5+ years in technical field or project management, 2–3+ years leadership, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

• When on project sites, will berequiredto wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 3-5+ years of technical field experienceand/or project management experiencerequired
• 2-3+ years ofleadership experiencerequired
• Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent preferred
• Highschooldiploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide isrequired

This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
