Job summary

ADB Companies,LLC is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across construction activities nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of technical field or project management experience, 2-3+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Travel nationwide is required, with emphasis on safety and zero-incident culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes; serve as primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams.
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI's to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success.
• Upholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization.
