Wachter, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Foreman for a full-time, long‑term career opportunity. You will lead field crews, install, layout, and troubleshoot electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments, with 100% nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician with proven lead/foreman experience in commercial/industrial work.
• Proficient with voltmeters, ammeters, meggers; operate large threading/bending tools.
• Strong NFPA 70E knowledge and ARC‑flash PPE.
• Certified to operate boom and scissor lifts; comfortable at heights.
• Own basic hand tools, PPE, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel nationwide 100% and supervise crews.
• Clean driving record; pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead small crews of 2–8 electricians with daily instruction and training.
• Install, layout, and troubleshoot electrical systems, switchgear, conduits, trays.
• Test systems, inspect components, and perform updates on legacy equipment.
• Design technical solutions and interpret blue prints and site maps.
• Set up pull conductors, grounding, lighting circuits (120v–480v).
• Provide daily updates to Project Managers, customers, and field teams.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and local, state, federal codes.
