Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Executive to provide strategic leadership on large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States. You will oversee execution from preconstruction through closeout, directing site teams and partnering with clients to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

This role involves extensive travel (75–100%), relocation or housing stipends, and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Ability to relocate or travel extensively to project sites nationwide.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Track record of safety leadership on large sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional operations for landmark projects across multiple markets.
• Lead site-based project management and superintendent teams to meet milestones.
• Implement QA/QC programs for construction excellence.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations and change orders.
• Provide strategic oversight for project logistics and vendor coordination.
