Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead flagship commercial construction projects valued at $50,000,000 and above. The role drives strategic direction from preconstruction through closeout, delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget results.

You will mentor project teams, manage high-level finances and risk, and serve as the executive liaison to key clients and institutional partners on national deployments with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in construction management with large-scale project delivery.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills essential.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.
• Manage project finances, risk assessment and mitigation.
• Mentor assistant PMs and PMs to support growth.
• Serve as executive liaison to high-profile clients and partners.
