Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide, overseeing safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Travel is 90–100% nationwide. The role directs on-site activities, maintains schedules, enforces OSHA, and ensures quality control and timely milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Procore and scheduling software experience (MS Project/Primavera a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: oversee onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: manage short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor.
• Safety Leadership: enforce OSHA compliance, conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Quality Control: ensure work meets plans and quality standards; coordinate inspections and testing.
• Subcontractor Management: manage performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Project Documentation: maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives.
• Project Closeout: manage punch lists, site demobilization, and final documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
