Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. You will oversee site safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

This on-site role requires 90–100% nationwide travel and hands-on leadership on retail, restaurant, grocery and fuel/convenience store projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred).
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates.
• Support RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections.
