Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. The role requires directing subcontractors, scheduling, safety leadership, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Expect 90-100% travel nationwide across retail, restaurants, grocery, and fuel/convenience store builds, including ground-up and remodel work. Strong leadership, safety, and QA/QC focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including supervisory roles on commercial projects.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all onsite construction activities and crews.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate deliveries and labor.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies, conduct daily safety meetings, and perform site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and QA/QC procedures; coordinate inspections and testing.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate trades to prevent conflicts.
• Maintain daily field reports and communicate updates to Project Manager; assist with RFIs and change orders.
• Oversee punch lists, site demobilization, and turnover with as-builts and manuals.
