Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. Travel will be 90–100% as you oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

You will manage on-site crews, enforce OSHA policies, and ensure milestones, quality, and client satisfaction across retail, restaurant, grocery, and federal projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience with 3+ years as a Superintendent for a GC
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software experience
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain)
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all onsite construction activities
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity
• Develop and manage look-ahead schedules and master project schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct safety meetings
• Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout documentation
