Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States, overseeing safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. This on-site role requires 90–100% nationwide travel, with multishift work at active retail locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and oversee all onsite construction activities.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager.
• Facilitate inspections, RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Oversee punch list, closeout, and delivery of as-built documentation.
