Job summary

EPC Services Company is seeking experienced Field Safety Managers to join our team. In this role, you'll lead safety on active construction projects, develop safety plans, conduct site observations, and promote a strong safety culture across our projects.

You will work with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with safety requirements, support incident investigations, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of construction safety management experience.
• OSHA 30 (Construction) trained and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Have, or be willing to obtain, a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification through BCSP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects.

EPCS is a growth oriented, nationally recognized leader in the engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) sector, specializing in energy and power delivery infrastructure development. In this role, you'll work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to promote a strong safety culture and help achieve our commitment to zero harm.

Key Responsibilities

• OSHA 30 (Construction) trained and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence safe behaviors in the field.
• Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and travel or relocate as needed.
