Job summary

EPC Services Company is seeking experienced Field Safety Managers to join our team and promote a strong safety culture on active construction projects.

Five years of construction safety management experience are required, with at least one year in ET&D or high voltage safety. OSHA 30 and BCSP CHST certification are valued assets. Willingness to travel and lead safety initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction safety management experience.
• At least 1 year in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or high voltage construction safety management.
• OSHA 30 (Construction) trained; current First Aid/CPR/AED training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans.
• Conduct site safety observations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and one-on-one coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.
