Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Construction Scheduler for national data center projects, bringing 10+ years in planning and scheduling. You will develop and maintain complex schedules, model sequencing, and forecast milestones while collaborating with PMs, superintendents, and field teams.

The role requires proficiency in MS Project and knowledge of Primavera P6, Lean construction, and Last Planner. The position involves frequent nationwide travel to coordinate with project teams on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years planning and scheduling on large projects.
• Data center/mission-critical/complex projects experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or 4D scheduling.
• Experience conducting DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments.
• Understanding Lean Construction and Last Planner System.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for data center projects across the nation.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to align schedule objectives.
• Perform schedule health assessments and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Support schedule updates, reporting, forecasting, and executive-level presentations.
• Utilize scheduling software to model project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Promote Lean Construction principles and support Last Planner System implementation where applicable.
