Job summary
TRUMPF Inc. in the Minneapolis area is seeking a PM Technician responsible for executing preventive maintenance on TRUMPF CNC machines and for building strong customer relationships.
You will perform on-site maintenance, review safety evaluations, provide reports, and train customers on operation and maintenance. The role requires a technical two-year degree, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel nationwide, and ability to lift 70 pounds; you will work with service teams to plan
Qualifications
- Two-year technical school degree in Engineering principles or related field.
- Experience with computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during PM visits.
- Explain work performed, review safety evaluations and activity reports.
- Provide onsite training to customers for operation and/or maintenance of machines.
- Execute PM on TRUMPF CNC machines per checklists and guidelines.
- Submit organized mission reports within a day after completion and report technical conditions.
