Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead nationwide B2B sales for outsourced HR, payroll, benefits and compliance services. This hunter role covers the open US territory with no boundary constraints.

You will close deals with potential clients across industries, earning a high base plus uncapped commissions and upfront OTE. A proven track record in PEO/payroll/ASO sectors is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B experience within the PEO, Payroll or ASO sectors.
• Willing to operate nationwide across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new client acquisition.
