Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Water Resources Practice Leader to drive the nationwide strategy and growth of our Water Resources Practice. You will lead cross-regional teams, align technical direction, and shape innovative solutions across multiple states.

You will build and lead a national practice, expand capabilities, influence project delivery, and foster lasting client partnerships. Expect travel to support conferences, pursuits, and engagements, with a focus on engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Water Resources Practice strategy, technical direction, and growth.
• Partner across regions to build teams, capabilities, and market presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across water resources projects.
• Identify emerging water resources trends, regulations and innovations to steer strategy.
• Support major pursuits and nurture strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop engineers across all offices.
